These Terms of Payments govern all payments made to STENTORIAN GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us") through our website, payment links, payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, QR codes or any other approved payment channels.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT TERMS
By making any payment to the Company, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Payments and all related policies available on our website.

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

6. FAILED TRANSACTIONS
In case a payment fails or remains pending due to technical issues, customers should verify the transaction status before attempting another payment.
If an amount is debited but service confirmation is not received, customers should immediately contact the Company with transaction details.
7. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If duplicate payments are made for the same service, customers should notify the Company with supporting transaction evidence.
Verified duplicate payments may be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
8. PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICES
The Company may utilize third-party payment gateway providers for processing online transactions.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, technical failures or restrictions imposed by payment gateway operators, banks or financial institutions.
9. SERVICE SUSPENSION FOR NON-PAYMENT
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate services if payments remain outstanding beyond the agreed payment period.
Any outstanding dues shall remain payable irrespective of service suspension.
10. REFUNDS
Any refund request shall be governed exclusively by the Company's Refund Policy.
Approval of refunds remains subject to eligibility, verification and Company review.
11. SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
Customers must ensure that payment details, login credentials and transaction information are kept confidential and secure.
The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of customer accounts or payment instruments.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company's liability concerning payments shall be limited to the actual amount successfully received for the specific transaction in question.
13. MODIFICATION OF PAYMENT TERMS
