CANCELLATION POLICY

STENTORIAN GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to maintaining transparency in all business transactions. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which services may be cancelled by customers or by the Company.
1. SERVICE CANCELLATION REQUEST
Customers may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request through email or official communication channels.
Cancellation requests must include:
- Customer Name
- Registered Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Service Name
- Order or Transaction Reference
- Reason for Cancellation
2. CANCELLATION BEFORE SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
If the requested service has not yet commenced and no significant work has been performed, cancellation may be accepted after internal review.
Any applicable administrative charges, payment gateway charges or processing fees may be deducted before processing a refund, if eligible.
3. CANCELLATION AFTER SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
Once work has commenced, resources have been assigned or documentation has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is accepted after work commencement, charges corresponding to work completed, resources utilized and expenses incurred may be deducted.
4. PROJECT-BASED SERVICES
For website development, software development, mobile application development, branding, digital marketing, consultancy and other project-based services, cancellation requests shall be reviewed based on the stage of completion.
Milestones already completed shall remain chargeable and non-refundable.
5. GOVERNMENT & COMPLIANCE SERVICES
Services involving government departments, registrations, licenses, statutory filings, certifications, compliance activities or regulatory submissions may not be cancellable after filing, submission or processing has begun.
Government fees, statutory charges and filing fees are strictly non-refundable.
6. DOMAIN, HOSTING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Domain registrations, hosting services, SSL certificates, software licenses, API subscriptions and third-party service charges are generally non-cancellable once purchased or activated.
7. COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in situations including but not limited to:
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Misuse of services.
- Submission of false information.
- Failure to provide required documentation.
- Non-payment of invoices or dues.
8. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation, access to services, deliverables, portals, software, documents or support facilities may be suspended or terminated.
Any outstanding payments shall remain payable by the customer.
9. REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION
Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the Company's Refund Policy and subject to review and approval.
10. POLICY CHANGES
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
